- Eligibility: The competition is open to the public. All entries must be your original work.
- Entry: Submit your design via our Contact Us page before the deadline. You can submit up to two (2) designs.
- Design Rules: Designs should fit themes like celebration, anniversary, experiences, or gifting. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, or PDF (max 5MB). No offensive or plagiarized content is allowed.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your design. If you win, you grant Infinity Gift Card (IGC) the right to use your design on gift cards and for marketing purposes.
- Prizes: Winners will have their designs featured on IGC gift cards and will receive Infinity Smart Gift Cards worth LKR 20,000, LKR 15,000, and LKR 10,000.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted within 7 days of selection.
- Privacy: Your details are only for competition administration. Winners’ names and designs may be published for promotional purposes.
The Full Picture: Official Competition Terms & Conditions
By submitting artwork to this competition, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions of Infinity Gift Card (IGC).
1. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to members of the public.
- Entries must be original creations of the participant.
2. How to Enter
- Participants must submit their design entry via the “Contact Us” form at https://infinitygiftcard.com/support?tab=contactus before the submission deadline of September 24, 2025.
- Each participant may submit up to two (2) designs.
- Late, incomplete, or non-compliant entries will not be considered.
3. Design Requirements
- Designs must align with themes such as celebration, anniversary, experiences, and gifting.
- Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG, or PDF.
- Maximum file size per submission: 5MB.
- Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized material will be disqualified.
4. Intellectual Property
- By submitting a design, participants confirm that the work is their original creation and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or design rights.
- All submitted designs remain the property of the participant until selected as a winning entry.
- Winning participants grant Infinity Gift Card (IGC) a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display their design for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including use on gift cards.
5. Judging & Selection
- All eligible entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by Infinity Gift Card.
- Judging criteria may include creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, and commercial suitability.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
- The winning design(s) will be featured on Infinity Gift Card’s official website as part of its gift card collection.
- Prizes will include Infinity Smart Gift Cards valued at LKR 20,000, LKR 15,000, and LKR 10,000.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
7. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of selection.
- If a winner fails to respond within two (2) days of notification, Infinity Gift Card reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Liability & Indemnity
- Infinity Gift Card accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Gift Card (Private) Limited, including its employees, officers, and contractors, against any claims or liabilities arising from their submission or participation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Gift Card will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of any prize.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for administration purposes.
- By entering, participants consent to their name and design being published and used for promotional purposes if selected as a winner (including main and consolation prizes).
10. General
- Infinity Gift Card reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition at its sole discretion.
- Participation in this Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
