How to Use Infinity Gift Cards Infinity Gift Cards, whether it’s the Infinity Smart Gift Card or the Infinity Retailer Gift Card, the recipient gets total freedom to spend it any retailer of their choice, on anything.

How to Use Infinity Smart Gift Cards.

 The Infinity Smart eGift and Experience Card enables recipients to Swap / Exchange up to five (5) Retailer Gift Cards of their choice for an equivalent value

 Please note that the Infinity Smart Card or Infinity Experience Card can only be exchanged within the same category (e.g., Occasion Cards or Experience Cards). Cross-category exchanges are strictly not permitted.

 Please Note: The Infinity Smart Card cannot be used directly at retailer or operator stores, or online, without first being exchanged for the respective gift cards.

 How to Swap / Exchange:

o Once the smart eGift card is sent, the recipient can store it in the wallet of the Infinity Gift Card App.

o From there, they can swap or exchange it for gift cards from participating retailers/operators.

o The swap will be for an equivalent value.

 The Key Conditions of the use:

o Treat the gift card like cash. Stolen gift cards or shared gift card details (voucher code, PIN number) will not be replaced or refunded.

o The gift card can only be used for the purchase of goods and services at participating retailer or operator stores.

o Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

How to Redeem Infinity Retailer Gift Cards

 Flexible Redemption: The recipient of the Infinity Retailer eGift Card has the option to either keep the card as received or swap/exchange it for another participating retailer brand of equal value.

 Category Restrictions: Please note that exchanges are only allowed within the same category (e.g., Occasion Cards or Experience Cards). Cross-category exchanges are not permitted.

 How to Swap / Exchange:

o Upon receiving the Infinity Retailer eGift Card, the recipient has two choices:

o Retain and use the original gift card. Or swap it for a different participating retailer or operator brand of their choice (within the same category).

o Once a decision is made, the gift card can be:

 Stored in the Infinity Gift Card App wallet, and/or

 Downloaded as a PDF for use.

o The gift card can then be redeemed either in-store or online, based on the retailer’s acceptance terms.

 The Key Conditions of the use:

o Treat the gift card like cash. Stolen gift cards or shared gift card details (voucher code, PIN number) will not be replaced or refunded.

o The gift card can only be used for the purchase of goods and services at participating retailer or operator stores.

o Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

o The Retailer Gift Card expires 3 months to 12 months or more depending on each retailer gift card terms & conditions.

 Online: At checkout, enter the Gift Card number and PIN, then click "Apply" to redeem. In-store: Present the gift card to the sales attendant at the counter to redeem.

 Restrictions

o The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

o The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 Lost or Stolen Cards - Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

 Redeem steps:

o Print this page or present your mobile device for scanning or

o Scan the barcode or manually enter the voucher code and

o Input the 6-digit PIN
