Your recipient can apply their gift card towards any of our 100+ retailers and experiences in this site. If their chosen experience costs less than the gift card, the remaining balance can be used for another booking. If the experience costs more, they will just need to pay the difference.

Your Infinity digital gift card should be sent instantly via email. If you or recipient do not receive it, please check spam and junk mail folders. If you or recipient still cannot locate it, your order may have been flagged as potentially fraudulent. Due to high volumes of fraudulent charges in the eCommerce industry, we take steps to protect our customers and our company by automatically screening each transaction for potential fraud.

Digital gift card also be able to print download in PDF and print at the time of opening of the gift card or later stage.

Please make your selection carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Gift cards.

Reissuing faulty or damaged Gift cards is only possible if the fault or damage is proven to result from the production or issuing process, or due to our fault, our agents’, or contractors’, or as otherwise mandated by law. To request a return or refund, please contact support@infinitygiftcard.com with the reason for your request and proof of purchase for our review. Once any value on a Gift Card has been used, we cannot facilitate a return or refund unless legally obligated to do so. Infinity Gift Card bears no responsibility for refunding the purchase price or accepting returns of products bought from Retailers.

For the avoidance of doubt, please always treat your Gift Card as cash.

Yes, you can order gift cards from overseas if the recipient has a valid email address or a Sri Lankan phone number (+94). Please note that the card can only be redeemed at Sri Lankan retailers.

The recipient can use their digital gift card by following the redemption instructions provided in the email or SMS. The recipient can redeem the gift cards or experience gift cards toward purchases with participating merchants as listed in infinity gift card website.

Yes, Infinity retailer eGift Cards can be printed as a PDF.

Yes, but you have plenty of time to use it. All Retailers gift cards are valid for twelve months (12 months) or as listed by the retailers. Valid period count from the date of purchase. All Infinity Smart Gift Cards are valid for thirty-six months (36 months) from the date of purchase. Your gift card expiry date will be printed on the digital gift card received.  

Generally, there are no fees for gift card transactions. However, some merchants may charge a fee for using the card, and these fees may be deducted from your card balance at the time of the transaction. Please check retailers’ terms and conditions on their website.  

No, but some experiences retailers do have specific guidelines for age, weight, and height. Please be mindful of these restrictions when choosing your perfect experience gift! 

No problem! Your recipient can use the remaining balance for future bookings toward any future booking of the specific operator experience. If the recipient receives Infinity Smart Experience Gift card, then the unused value remains in the card to be used any experience on the infinity site. 

Follow the instructions provided with the card. The recipient must create an Infinity Gift Card account using the same email address that was used to receive or purchase the gift card. Once the account is set up, the gift cards will appear in the Infinity Wallet section immediately. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team via Contact Us.

Please treat your Gift Card with the same care as you would cash. We do not replace, or refund lost or stolen Gift cards. The individual holding the Gift Card will be considered the owner of the card. If your mobile device is lost, please notify us promptly so we can suspend your account. If someone uses your Gift Card(s) before or after your mobile device is lost or stolen, Infinity Gift Card assumes no liability.
